Managing daily inbound and outgoing shipments, supervising floor or warehouse operations, and guaranteeing prompt last-mile delivery are the main responsibilities of a logistics operations position at Delhivery Limited.

Important Duties

Shipment Handling: Manage daily inbound and outbound processes, including sorting, scanning, bag handling, picking, packing, and dispatching.

Operational Metrics: To minimize missing or delayed shipments, keep an eye on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT), on-time delivery rates, and productivity.

Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security, hygienic practices, and safety throughout the distribution center or facility.

Resolution of Issues

Address client and delivery escalations and pinpoint the underlying reasons for persistent operational gaps.

Education

Any graduation degree or a relevant background in logistics, supply chain, or commerce.

Experience

Ranging from 0–1 years for entry-level execution roles (freshers with good communication)

Skills: Strong basic computer/scanning knowledge, leadership capability, problem-solving, and readiness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
