Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare BRD (Business Requirements Document), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Work with developers, testers, and business teams to clarify requirements.
• Analyze data using Excel and SQL and prepare reports/dashboards.
• Track requirements and project tasks using tools like Jira.
• Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and UAT.
• Document business processes, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Support testing and validate whether the developed solution meets business requirements.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis
• SQL basics
• Requirement gathering \& documentation
• Business/process analysis
• Jira or similar project-management tools
• PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of SDLC

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum
