Vision India Insurance is looking for energetic and communication-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our team in Coimbatore.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates from the company's lead database, explaining the career opportunity available as an Insurance Advisor, answering their queries, and supporting interested candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, are confident in making phone calls, and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Important

This is a full-time, office-based position. Work From Home is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates from the assigned lead database.
• Introduce and explain the Insurance Advisor career opportunity.
• Clearly communicate the role, benefits, earning potential, and career growth opportunities.
• Understand candidate interests and provide relevant information.
• Handle candidate queries and objections in a professional manner.
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
• Maintain consistent communication until the candidate completes the recruitment process.
• Assist interested candidates with required documentation and joining formalities.
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate status.
• Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective candidates throughout the process.

Eligibility \& Skills

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Candidates with experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, Customer Service, or Recruitment will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
