Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Dealers, Architects, and Interior Designers.
• Manage orders, deliveries, installations, and after-sales service.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update CRM records.
• Support the sales team in lead management and business conversion.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from enquiry to after-sales.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Good sales orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in luxury lifestyle, bathware, wellness, interiors, architecture, or building materials preferred.
