Store Incharge

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, material receiving, issuing, and record maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating with purchase, production, sales, and other departments. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete day-to-day operations of the store . Receive incoming materials, products, and supplies and verify them against invoices or purchase orders. Check quantity, quality, and condition of received materials. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records . Issue materials to the concerned departments as per approved requirements. Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movement. Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and identification of materials. Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or fast-moving items. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences. Maintain records of damaged, rejected, returned, and obsolete materials. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Accounts, Sales, and other departments. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports . Maintain proper documentation, invoices, delivery challans, GRN, stock registers, and other store records. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the store. Prevent stock damage, shortage, leakage, and unauthorized movement of materials. Handle loading/unloading and coordinate with helpers, vendors, and transporters when required. Ensure all store activities follow company policies and safety procedures. Candidate Requirements12th pass / Graduate preferred. Previous experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management will be preferred. Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory management. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations . Knowledge of inventory software/ERP/Tally will be an advantage. Good record-keeping and documentation skills. Ability to handle physical stock and maintain accurate records. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple store activities and meet deadlines.
