Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary Join our team at Cityart Home Studio near Madhapar Ronki, Rajkot . We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Retail Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers and drive sales for our premium home decor, furniture, and interior products. Job Details Job Role: Retail / Counter Sales Executive Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive incentives Job Location: Madhapar Ronki, Rajkot, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: General Day Shift (9:30 to 8:00) Experience Required: 0 - 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome) Gender: Male / Female Key Responsibilities (What you will do) Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, architects, and designers to the showroom with a helpful attitude. Product Demonstration: Explain features, materials, and benefits of our high-end furniture and tile collections. Sales Closure: Understand customer requirements, assist them in making choices, and close the sale to hit monthly targets. Lead Management: Maintain customer logs and proactively follow up on inquiries or pending deals. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements (What we are looking for) Education: 12th pass minimum (Graduation preferred) Skills: Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus) Traits: Confident personality, polite behavior, and strong persuasion skills Tech Basics: Basic understanding of smartphones and digital entry (for lead logs)
