Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support patient communication and appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient calls professionally.
• Provide information about the clinic's services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Respond to patient enquiries and assist with basic information.
• Maintain accurate call and appointment records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.

Required Skills
