About the Opportunity

Scorvanta People Partners is hiring a Customer Service Executive on behalf of one of the leading logistics companies.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain, preferably with exposure to UK freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide timely responses and solutions.

Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, transporters and internal teams.

Manage shipment-related communication and documentation.

Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.

Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Handle customer requests, complaints and follow-ups professionally.

Maintain accurate shipment and customer records.

Support day-to-day customer service activities related to international freight forwarding.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

UK freight forwarding experience will be an added advantage.

International logistics/freight forwarding experience is preferred.

Willingness to work in UK Shift – 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Good customer handling and coordination skills.

Positive attitude and professional approach.

Immediate joiners preferred.
