Customer Relationship Executive

Handle new customer orders and ensure all order details are properly captured and

communicated internally.

• Coordinate with Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams as required.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinate and follow up on dispatches and delivery status.
• Handle customer queries, issues and complaints and ensure proper closure.
• Keep customers regularly updated regarding order, production and dispatch status.
• Maintain customer-wise order and pending-requirement trackers.
• Proactively contact customers for repeat orders and upcoming requirements.
• Identify opportunities for additional orders from existing customers.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
