The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer visiting the showroom. The role involves greeting customers, offering refreshments, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a pleasant customer journey throughout their visit.

Welcome customers with a warm smile and professional greeting.

Offer coffee, tea, juice, or other refreshments to customers.

Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales consultant.

Maintain the reception and customer waiting area in a neat and presentable manner.

Ensure customers receive timely assistance during their showroom visit.
