Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in PICU & NICU.
Monitor vital signs and clinical condition continuously and report any changes immediately.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as per physician’s orders.
Assist doctors during procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and emergency interventions.
Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients’ families.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies (Code Blue situations).
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care and recovery.
Qualifications
- QUALIFICATION
- GNM / B. Sc Nursing
- EXPERIENCE
- 1-10 Yrs
