Cluster Manager

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proven work experience as a cluster manager in the retail industry.

People Management Skills – Should have handled a minimum of 3 to 15 Retail store / specific region with a team handling capacity of more than 30 people

Should be ready to travel

Ability to drive sales targets from respective stores & regularly report.

Ability to drive strategic initiatives and training for store productivity.

Must have leadership qualities for taking work from managers & sales staff.

Must have a proven track record in B2C & Retail.

Must have an understanding of Excel data and experience in preparing the same

Experience in reviewing assigned store performance against catchment/city potential

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Bachelor's / Master's degree

4-5 years of experience as a store manager and minimum 2 years experience as a cluster Manager in a retail industry

Experience with Watch retail will be preferred first
