About this job
Process and track insurance claims within defined TAT.
Verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with surveyors, insurers, policyholders, and internal teams.
Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and claim status.
Prepare and maintain claim reports and documentation.
Update claim systems and maintain accurate records.
Prepare MIS reports and support claim-related operations.
Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and confidentiality.
