Shift Incharge

A Shift Incharge at Bakingo oversees daily cafe or cloud kitchen operations, supervises staff, and manages inventory. Responsibilities include executing opening/closing duties, enforcing food safety and quality standards, and ensuring smooth same-day and midnight order deliveries for a seamless customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

Shift Operations

Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and high productivity.

Quality Control

Ensure all cakes, pastries, and desserts meet Bakingo’s strict quality, recipe, and presentation standards.

Inventory & Supplies

Track stock levels, oversee raw material receiving, and manage daily bakery inventory to prevent shortages.

Customer Service

Address customer grievances, ensure timely order dispatches, and balance cash registers at shift-end.

Compliance

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the store.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

3+ years of proven experience in QSR, cafe management, or related restaurant/retail operations.

Skills

Strong communication, coaching, planning, and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure.

Knowledge

Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic computer/inventory software.

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
