ORM Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Online Reputation Management (ORM) team as Jr. Associates and Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced who are passionate about social media, digital communication, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer interactions across social media platforms.
• Draft and publish professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer queries.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant internal teams whenever required.
• Maintain response records and prepare basic reports using Microsoft Office.
• Follow standard response guidelines while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform features, and customer engagement best practices.

Eligibility

• Experienced and freshers from any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Basic knowledge of Online Reputation Management (ORM) or customer response management will be an

added advantage.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
