Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries
• Explain vehicle models, features, offers, pricing, and other details to customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles
• Follow up with leads through calls and messages
• Schedule showroom visits and test drives
• Convert enquiries into bookings and sales
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team for lead conversion
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets
