About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with provided leads, understand their requirements, explain our courses/services, follow up with interested prospects, and generate walk-ins to the institute.

Freshers who are confident, energetic, and interested in building a career in Business Development, Sales, or Counselling are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Call and connect with leads provided by the company.

Understand the prospect's requirements and provide relevant information.

Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities to potential students/customers.

Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and messages.

Convert interested prospects into walk-in visits at the institute.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

Achieve daily and monthly walk-in generation targets.

Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for walk-in follow-ups.

Build a positive relationship with prospective students/customers.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Ability to work with targets.

Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, education sales, or counselling will have an added advantage.
