Job Description

We are looking for Collection Executives / Recovery Agents to join our fintech cloud company. The role involves handling customer calls, following up for pending payments, and maintaining proper collection records.

Responsibilities

Make calls to customers for payment follow-ups.

Communicate with customers regarding pending payments.

Discuss payment options and resolve basic customer queries.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Follow daily and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with the internal team when required.

Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic communication skills required.

Hindi knowledge preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
