Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads from digital campaigns & other sources
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable property options
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain interaction records on CRM
Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
Requirements
0–1 years in telecalling / voice process / BPO / inside sales (any industry)
Fluent in English, Hindi & local languages (Kannada preferred)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Willing to work weekends (weekday off)
