Tele Caller Executive

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming phone/email inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents generated through various marketing campaigns.

Course & Fee Counseling: Explain college programs, specializations, eligibility criteria, fee structures, campus facilities, and admission procedures clearly.

Lead Conversion: Follow up regularly with interested candidates, resolve their doubts, and guide them through the application and enrollment process.

Data Management

Maintain, update, and track daily call logs, student databases, and admission statuses accurately in the CRM system.

Coordination: Work closely with the admission and counseling team to schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, and final fee submissions.

Pay

₹15,527.40 - ₹34,543.78 per month
