Job Summary

We need 9 + years of exp,We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong backend engineering focus to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems. In this role, you'll lead the development of cloud-native platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices, while providing technical leadership to a cross-functional engineering team. You'll architect scalable backend services, design event-driven systems, optimize distributed workloads, and drive platform reliability, security, and performance. While maintaining hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS, your primary focus will be building robust backend platforms that power mission-critical applications. As a Technical Lead, you'll own technical direction, solution architecture, engineering standards, delivery planning, code quality, and mentoring engineers across the squad. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions. Core Technical Requirements Beyond strong software engineering fundamentals, you'll have extensive experience building and operating high-scale backend systems in production environments. You should possess deep expertise in: • Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js for enterprise-grade backend development • Microservices Architecture and distributed system design • Kafka for event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and service integration • MongoDB data modeling, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning • Redis for caching, distributed locking, session management, and performance optimization • Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable) • Containerization and Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes • CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, and DevOps Practices • API design, security, authentication, authorization, and observability
