What you will do

Identify companies hiring freshers and early-career candidates.

Connect with HR and talent acquisition teams through calls, LinkedIn, email and meetings.

Understand each company’s hiring requirements.

Introduce TalentProof and explain how we can support their fresher hiring.

Follow up with prospective clients and help onboard companies to the platform.

Who we are looking for

A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with new people.

Someone curious about companies’ hiring needs and willing to follow up consistently.

Comfortable using the phone, LinkedIn and email for outreach.

0–2 years of experience. Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client acquisition is a plus. Motivated freshers may also apply.
