Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative Designer Trainee to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and wants to build hands-on experience in both print and digital media.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and work on real-world creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating designs for banners, logos, packaging, mailers, social media posts, posters, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Support the team in developing branding and visual communication materials.

Assist with creating layouts and design concepts based on creative briefs.

Work closely with designers and other team members to complete projects on time.

Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure final designs meet requirements.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across different creative materials.

Explore new design trends and creative ideas to improve visual communication.

Qualifications

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in graphic design.

Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, colour, and layouts.

Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Creative mindset with an interest in branding and visual communication.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work from the office in BTM Layout, Bangalore.
