Job Summary

Nista Life Science is looking for a Telecalling / Inside Sales Executive to handle B2B sales enquiries, IndiaMART leads, client follow-ups and sales coordination for our products and third-party manufacturing business.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective clients.

Manage and follow up on IndiaMART enquiries and leads.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

Follow up with clients regarding quotations, enquiries and orders.

Prepare and send professional emails, quotations and product details.

Maintain lead, calling and follow-up records in MS Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and orders.

Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Support the sales team in converting enquiries into business.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience handling IndiaMART is preferred.

Good email drafting skills.

Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.

Experience in telecalling, inside sales or B2B sales preferred.

Candidates with experience in third-party manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical or similar product industries will be preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Salary

₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (In-Hand), depending on experience and skills.
