Key Responsibilities

Follow assembly schedules

Assemble components as per drawings and BOM with accuracy and speed

Identify and report defects or issues immediately

Meet machine dispatch timelines

Maintain assigned tools and measuring instruments.

Support machine dispatch and on-site troubleshooting

Operate workshop machines (lathe, drilling, milling).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

ITI – Fitter

Preferred Qualification

Diploma in Fitter

.

Experience

Minimum experience required

3-6 years

Welding, fabrication, and machine operation experience will be preferred

.

Competencies

Knowledge of assembly, drilling, and tapping tools.

Ability to read engineering drawings

Proficient in basic measuring instruments

Quick understanding of assembly sequences

.
