Business Development Executive (BDE)

Generate new business through online and offline sales activities, including calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, understand client requirements, generate interest, and conduct regular follow-ups.

Develop new business opportunities by connecting with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Corporate Offices, Business Owners, Industries, Hotels, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Retail Brands, Banks, and Government organizations.

Generate, identify, and qualify project leads based on project requirement, budget, location, timeline, and scope of work.

Meet clients personally, understand their requirements, and present Jaiswal Infra Project’s Interior, Civil, and Modular Furniture services.

Arrange and coordinate client meetings and site visits with the relevant internal teams.

Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Marketing, and Project Teams for BOQ, costing, quotations, proposals, and project closure.

Handle quotation follow-ups, commercial discussions, negotiations, and conversion of leads into confirmed projects.

Build and maintain a strong local network in Ahmedabad with architects, designers, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate decision-makers.

Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, follow-up schedules, client database, and sales pipeline.

Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, site visit, conversion, and sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Pay
