Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor – Electrical to oversee and manage on-site activities for electrical installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with technical specifications and local electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all electrical installation activities on-site including wiring, conduit installation, switchgear, and panel board setup., transformer, substation

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.

Monitor project timelines and ensure work is progressing according to schedule.

Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to plans and specifications.

Maintain and update site documentation including daily progress reports, attendance, materials received, and site issues.

Manage site labor and allocate tasks to electricians and helpers.

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure the team follows health and safety protocols.

Liaise with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI in Electrical or Diploma Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Valid electrician license/certification (if required by local regulations).

Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in electrical contracting.

Familiarity with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
