Salary

• Up to ₹22,000 per month

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain real estate projects and answer customer queries.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• 1–2 years of telecalling or telesales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Punjabi speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
• Energetic and confident voice with strong convincing skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
