ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple teams, and taking ownership of operational tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate runners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth daily operations.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all logistics and operational activities.

Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup, delivery, and handover.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

Maintain and update logistics records, trackers, and operational data.

Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of experience in ground operations and should have handled blue collared manpower.

Prior background of startup ecosystem

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
