WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Full-stack development using React.js, Node.js / Java / Python

REST APIs & backend development

Authentication & authorization — JWT, RBAC

Databases — MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL

Secure coding & OWASP best practices

Real-world fintech & KYC workflows

Git, code reviews, testing & debugging

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2026 graduates or final-year students from CS/IT/related fields

Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS & JavaScript

Knowledge of at least one backend technology

Basic understanding of databases & Git

Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Candidates who take ownership and are willing to learn

COMPENSATION

Month 1: Unpaid evaluation period

Month 2 onwards: Paid internship based on performance

The first month is a mutual evaluation period. Strong performers can move directly into a paid internship.
