What You’ll Do

Find & attract sales talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals.

Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

Understand hiring targets and close positions within timelines.

Coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.

Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing sales requirements.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Sales/Telecalling/BPO hiring.

Strong communication & convincing skills.

Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

Target-oriented, proactive and energetic personality.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with deadlines.
