Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day backend operations related to examinations for distance-learning students.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with students regarding examination-related queries.
• Coordinate exam forms, registrations, schedules, admit cards, results, and other examination processes.
• Verify student details, eligibility, and examination-related documents.
• Follow up with students for pending forms, documents, fees, or other exam requirements.
• Coordinate with universities and internal academic teams for examination-related activities.
• Resolve student queries related to exam dates, centers, admit cards, results, and examination procedures.
• Maintain accurate student and examination records in Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Prepare examination-related reports and MIS as required.
• Ensure accuracy of student data and proper documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with students and university representatives.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–1 years of experience in backend operations, calling, examination, academic operations, distance education, or EdTech.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable handling calls as well as backend administrative work.
• Prior experience dealing with universities or examination processes will be an advantage.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
