About this job
Welcome and guide patients, attendants and visitors.
Handle patient registration and appointments.
Attend telephone calls and provide basic hospital information.
Guide patients to doctors and concerned departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, laboratory and other departments.
Maintain reception registers and patient records.
Handle patient queries and complaints politely.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Support emergency cases by informing the concerned department.
Maintain proper grooming, discipline and professional behaviour.
Follow hospital policies, SOPs and duty timings.
Perform other duties assigned by Hospital Administration/HR.
