Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and basic electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.

Perform CCTV system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Configure IP cameras and basic network settings such as IP addresses, routers, and switches.

Diagnose camera, recording, connectivity, and power-related issues.

Conduct site visits for installation, service, and maintenance.

Ensure proper camera positioning, cabling, and system functionality.

Configure remote CCTV viewing on mobile phones and computers.

Maintain service records and provide basic technical support to customers.

Follow safety procedures and company installation standards.

Coordinate with customers and the internal team to complete work on time.

Requirements

ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Previous experience in CCTV installation and maintenance is preferred.

Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PoE switches, and networking.

Basic knowledge of LAN cabling, RJ45 termination, and network configuration.

Ability to use basic electrical and networking tools.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
