1. Good working knowledge of Tally and GST

• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of building materials and construction products will be an advantage.
• Good computer and internet research skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates with previous experience in billing at a buildingmaterials store, construction materials company, hardwarestore, or similar business will be given additional preference

Job Role

• Handle day-to-day billing and invoicing activities.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales related documents.
• Maintain accurate billing records using Tally.
• Ensure proper application of GST in billing and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and understandtheir requirements.
• Coordinate with the store and factory for stock availability, material dispatch, and order processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and material requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions

.9. Collect and maintain potential customer data from social media platforms.

• Identify and collect project requirements and businessopportunities from the internet.
• Coordinate with the sales and management team to convertenquiries into potential business.
