Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through online and offline channels.

Introduce and promote the company's digital services to businesses.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and internet proficiency.

Confidence in communicating through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and virtual or in-person meetings.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Knowledge of digital marketing and branding is an advantage.
