Tele Marketing Executive - Fresher's - Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Explain company projects, products, and services to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain and update customer/lead details in the CRM.

Schedule site visits or meetings for interested customers.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Coordinate with the Sales Team and ensure proper lead handover.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Tamil and English communication is preferred.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Freshers can apply; tele-calling/sales experience is an advantage.

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
