Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of preparing a variety of cuisines and be able to maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of multi-cuisine dishes according to the menu and quality standards.

Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.

Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

Manage kitchen operations and coordinate with other kitchen staff.

Monitor food stock and minimize wastage.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef is required.

B.sc Hotel Management, Diploma in Hotel Management,

South Indian (all rounder),North indian, chinese ,continental

Good knowledge of Indian and other popular cuisines.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Candidates who are currently working or have relevant practical experience will be given first preference.
