Basic Requirements
Hands-on experience in mechanical machine assembly
Ability to read and understand mechanical / engineering drawings
Experience in machine building and assembly
Knowledge of mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, guides and gearboxes
Experience in precision fitting and alignment
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic components
Experience using hand tools and torque wrenches
Basic knowledge of fits, tolerances and mechanical fasteners
Able to perform assembly inspection and troubleshooting
Basic experience in machine installation and commissioning
Able to identify and rectify mechanical assembly issues
Knowledge of 5S, safety and quality standards
