Job Summary

Lead a 150+ member delivery organization supporting US Payroll and Back-office Services for US clients. Drive service delivery, client success, operational excellence, P& L and business growth while partnering with US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US Payroll operations and large delivery teams.

Ensure high-quality service delivery across Payroll, HR & Benefits.

Build strong client relationships and handle senior-level escalations.

Drive SOPs, process improvements, quality, and automation initiatives.

Lead multi-shift operations, productivity, SLA, and P&L performance.

Requirements

15-20 years of experience in US Payroll, HR, Shared Services, BPM, or PEO.

Experience managing 100+ employees.

Strong US client-facing and offshore delivery experience.
