RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)

Growth & GTM • Own end-to-end GTM for product • Drive sales, business growth, conversion, and retention • Identify and execute growth levers across funnels, journeys, offers, placements • Launch fast, test often, and iterate based on data.

Product Marketing & Communication • Own how product shows up to customers — messaging, positioning, and communication. • Drive in-app communication, campaigns, nudges, and offers. • Work closely with marketing teams to execute high-impact growth campaigns. • Track performance and double down on what works.

Stakeholder Collaboration • Align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision and measurable outcomes • Communicate product updates, progress, and performance to leadership • Work with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless reward fulfillment and user experience.

Sales & Call Center Enablement • Work hands-on with sales and call center teams to maximize conversions. • Be the go-to person for resolving product, process, and execution issues. • Continuously improve assisted sales performance.

Business Metrics & Execution • Own key metrics: Units sold, Business Value, conversion rates, activation, renewal • Deep-dive funnels, spot bottlenecks, and fix them fast. • Build dashboards, share insights, and drive action. • Work closely with product, tech, design, ops, and analytics teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in product, growth, or business roles.

• Strong exposure to insurance / fintech / banking / digital platforms.

• Proven track record of driving product growth and business numbers.

• Comfortable owning revenue, GTM, and execution, not just requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management — insurers, sales, call centers, marketing, tech.

• Data-driven, execution-focused, and biased toward action.

• Clear communicator who can influence without authority.
