Mobilization Head – Residential Skilling Project

Mobilization Management

• Plan and manage student mobilization activities across assigned areas.
• Ensure timely achievement of enrollment and mobilization targets.

Team Management

• Supervise and guide Mobilizers and monitor their daily activities.
• Allocate areas, targets, and responsibilities to the mobilization team.

Student Enrollment \& Retention

• Identify potential candidates and ensure quality student enrollment.
• Follow up with candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining rates.

Reporting \& Coordination

• Maintain daily mobilization and enrollment reports and share updates with management.
• Coordinate with Center Heads and other teams for smooth student joining.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support awareness drives, community outreach, counseling, and other project activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management according to project requirements and expertise.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
