Production Operator

Production Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Production Trainee to join our manufacturing team. The trainee will learn and support day-to-day production activities, follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality and safety standards, and assist production supervisors in achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Operate or assist with production machinery and equipment after proper training.
• Monitor production processes and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain product quality according to specified standards.
• Record production data, output, downtime, and material usage accurately.
• Follow workplace safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
• Identify and report production defects or quality issues.
• Support supervisors and production operators in achieving daily targets.
• Assist in reducing material wastage and production downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement activities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
