Email & Chat Support Executive

BugsBurner is hiring two Email \& Chat Support Executives for our Vadodara office.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through email and live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Understand customer issues, provide clear solutions, and follow up until resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support requests
• Coordinate with the technical team when an issue requires escalation
• Handle basic website content or formatting tasks using HTML and CSS
• Work during the night shift aligned with US business hours

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Comfortable working with email, chat tools, and web-based systems
• Good typing, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work from the Vadodara office during the night shift
• Freshers with suitable communication and computer skills may apply
