Job Description

Flex Printing Service EngineerJob Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and setup of flex printing machines at customer locations.
• Provide machine operation training to customers and operators.
• Attend and resolve service complaints and technical issues at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing machines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machines are functioning properly.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone/online and field visits.
• Train and guide newly joined service engineers on machine installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assist senior engineers in handling complex technical issues.
• Maintain proper service reports, installation reports, and customer feedback records.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Travel to customer locations as required for installation, service, and training.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
• Experience in flex printing machines, digital printing machines, or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field service.
• Ability to independently handle installations and customer complaints.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Salary

30,000-35,000 (Negotibale)+ incentives + TA+DA
