Mobile Soldering Technician – E-SIM & PCB Repair

Craysol Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Mobile Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in E-SIM soldering and mobile phone PCB-level repair.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of micro-soldering, electronic components, PCB repair, and mobile hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform E-SIM soldering, installation, and replacement on mobile phone PCBs.
• Carry out precision soldering and micro-soldering of electronic components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and PCB-level issues.
• Perform component removal, replacement, rework, and repair.
• Identify and repair soldering defects and PCB-level faults.
• Operate soldering stations, hot air rework stations, microscopes, multimeters, and related tools.
• Inspect solder joints and repaired PCBs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Handle sensitive electronic components and PCBs carefully.
• Complete assigned repair tasks within required time and quality standards.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Requirements

• E-SIM soldering experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Mobile Technician / Mobile Repair Technician.
• Strong knowledge of mobile PCB-level repair and micro-soldering.
• Good understanding of electronic components and PCB circuits.
• Ability to work with small components with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience with mobile repair tools and soldering equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• ITI / Diploma in Electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant hands-on experience will be given preference.
