Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in the ward.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
• Assist doctors during procedures and patient care.Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
