About the Role

A professional and passionate North Indian CDP is required to join a dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience preparing authentic North Indian dishes and maintaining high culinary standards. This role demands consistency, creativity, and a strong understanding of traditional cooking methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes including curries, naan, porottas, kulchas, and other tandoor specialties.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
• Follow standard recipes and assist in developing new menu items.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always met.
• Handle ingredients responsibly, ensuring proper storage and freshness.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
• Maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP specializing in North Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and North Indian cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
• Culinary certification or relevant training preferred.
