Job Summary

The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients requiring assisted living, rehabilitation, or long-term support. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting clinical teams in delivering personalized care.

We also welcome freshers who are passionate about building a career in healthcare. Candidates without prior experience can enroll in our structured training program, followed by internship and placement opportunities within Sukino Continuum Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs (as trained) and report any changes in patient condition
• Support patient mobility including walking assistance, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of patients and their surroundings
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist nurses and healthcare staff in basic care procedures
• Ensure timely medication reminders (as per instructions from medical staff)
• Maintain accurate daily care records and reports
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate when required

Eligibility \& Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required
