HR Apprentice – BBA Graduates

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is suitable for BBA graduates/freshers who are interested in developing practical experience in HR operations and gaining exposure to a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
• Support recruitment and interview coordination.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Support attendance and leave-related activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR files.
• Coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.

Eligibility

• BBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
